Currently, we only ship our products to the United States.

Shipping is always free on all your orders.

Standard Shipping: Free Shipping ( 8 to 14 days )

Express Shipping: $30 ( 5 to 8 days )

Order Processing Timeline:

Orders typically take 4-5 business days to process

- Packaging and Quality Checking: 1 business day
- Shipping and Customs Clearance: 1-2 business days

Tracking Information:

  • Tracking numbers will be updated via email after customs clearance (4–5 days following the date of the customer's purchase)
  • Tracking status will become active 1-2 days after the tracking update email. Please check your email confirmation or tracking updates, as the email can be found in your spam folder.

Delivery Address:

  • Address changes are supported within 3 days of purchase; after that, changes are not supported. Please email info@ladyros.com as soon as possible if you need to modify your address.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We will assist with lost or stolen packages. Please contact us within 2 working days if your order is confirmed delivered but not received.
